Parking is available at all city-owned parking lots (Big John's Retail Center and Club Square) at no charge.
Traffic on Cape Coral Parkway between Vincennes Boulevard and Del Prado Boulevard will be closed to motorists from Friday evening through Sunday evening during the weekend of the festival. Motorists are urged to use alternate routes during that weekend.

About the Cape Coral Festival of the Arts
The Cape Coral Festival of Arts has grown to become one of Cape Coral’s largest annual events.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Cape Coral, the Cape Coral Festival of Arts offers a wide range of art sure to impress both the casual art lover to the art afficiendos, and everyone in between.
From its humble beginings over 30 years ago, the festival has grown to attract over 100,000 people and hundreds of artists to South Cape Coral during the two-day event each year.
The Festival takes place each year on the second weekend of January. This year the festival will be held January 14 and 15.
Scheduled to participate in 2017 Cape Coral Festival of the Arts, are nearly 300 artists displaying such art as; fine crafts, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, and sculpture.
During the festival, the artists' work will be judged and awards will be given to the top three pieces of art in each category. The judge also awards one artist “Best of Show” as the overall winner of the festival each year.
In addition to the art on display and available for purchase, the festival also provides a day of fun for the whole family andby including such activities as; a rock climbing wall, a kids area and activity center. There is also a variety of food vendors and local restaurants.
For over three decades, the festival has provided an excellent place to find a painting, photograph, jewelry, or arts and crafts, to spruce up any home or office. With prices ranging from $10 to $10,000, the Cape Coral Festival of the Arts offers something for everyone. If you are not in the mood to make a purchase, the festival is a terrific way to spend a Saturday or Sunday with the family.
