December 3 | Holiday Festival of Lights- Celebrate the holidays with thousands of your Cape Coral neighbors,families, and friends, as the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral hosts its annual Holiday Festival of Lights featuring the lighting of the official Cape Coral Christmas tree and many other Christmas themed activities and attractions. (read more)

December 7 | Sunset Celebration- Enjoy one of Southwest Florida's truest treasures, its sunsets. And, what better place to enjoy them then on the shores of the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach. Held the first Wednesday of each month, the Sunset Celebration includes live music, and over 50 vendors selling arts and crafts, jewelry, gift items, and much more. Free Admission. (read more) 

December 10 | Bike Night- A different spin on the holiday season, literally, as the Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department host their holiday edition of the popular Bike Night event. Live music on three stages, thousands of motorcyles, and thousands of your closest friends bring the holiday cheer biker style. (read more)

December 17 | Holiday Boat-A-Long- Celebrate Christmas in Florida style. Watch from the shores of Four Freedoms Park as over 100 boats decorated with holiday-themed lights, costumes, and more parade around the Bimini Basin before making their way through the canals of Cape Coral. The event also features the arrival of Santa Claus and live musical performances. (read more)

December 31| South Cape New Year's Eve Trolley Event- Do you enjoy bouncing from place to place on New Year's Eve and don't feel like driving? Leave the driving to someone else and enjoy some of the South Cape's best bars and restaurants on one of the most festive nights of the year as SCHEA hosts its annual South Cape New Year's Eve Trolley Event. (read more)

December 31| New Year's Eve at Cape Harbour- Count down the minutes to 2017 when the ball, covered in shimmering, sparkling lights, is dropped at midnight against a spectacle of dazzling fireworks. The 170-foot ball drop has become a popular tradition here and is one of the most anticipated celebrations in the city.
