Cape Coral in Pictures: CCCIA ACE Awards 2015

On Friday, December 11, the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) held their annual ACE Awards and Holiday Party.

Over 200 gathered at Harborside Event Center in Fort Myers to honor the top among the organization’s membership.

This year, honors were presented for Contractor, Sub-Contractor, and Affiliate of the Year, as well as the CCCIA’s Deborah Jude Schvinski Memorial Award.

Who says you can’t go home again?

Certainly not Nick Muhlenbruch, owner of Cape Coral’s Quality Automotive Center, who recently, had the unique opportunity to do just that.

After a ten-year absence, Quality Automotive Center has returned to the same Cape Coral Parkway location it resided in for fifteen years spanning the early 1990’s through the mid 2000’s.

Catch The Vision 2015 brings commercial growth excitement

The annual Catch The Vision event was held Tuesday evening at Cape Christian Church in Cape Coral.

Created by Gloria Tate, Linda Biondi, and others at Raso Realty, Catch The Vision began five years ago as a way to show that Cape Coral was continuing to move forward despite being in the toughest economic times in its young history.

After a few years of plans and visions highlighting the event, this year’s Catch The Vision was one filled with optimism and excitement regarding the near and distant future of Cape Coral, and actual projects and businesses coming into the city.

'Catch The Vision' to provide look at new projects, more this Tuesday

It is a sight for many of sore eyes here in Cape Coral. Buildings coming out of the ground, new businesses opening all over the city. A sight, that for many is long overdue.

On Tuesday evening, many of those projects and some that have yet to be announced will be on display as the annual Catch The Vision is scheduled to take place at Cape Christian Fellowship.
