Cape Coral's City Council held its regular meeting at City Hall Monday evening.

The meeting was a busy one, last over five hours, as the city council discussed such items as an amendment to its personnel rules and regulations to protect members of the LGBTQ community, a proposed Circle K near Veterans Pkwy., the hiring of a Bimini Basin Project Manager, and more.

Cape Coral's City Council held its final regular weekly meeting of 2016 at City Hall Monday evening before going on their annual holiday hiatus and returning to their 2017 meetings on February 6.
