5 Things To Know from Joint City Council/ Charter School Board Meeting

On Monday evening, the city council and the city municipal charter school governing board held a joint meeting at City Hall.

The meeting comes after months of contentious back and forth between the two bodies regarding the future of the municipal charter school system.

To help resolve the issues, on December 12, the city council approved the city manager, city auditor, city attorney, and city staff to conduct a financial analysis to determine the projected financial future of the school system.
